the idea of my furniture is based on the visual archetype of a bird's nest by reverting to the traditional breading and weaving techniques that you can mainly find in basketry. Using this method in a certain way I created a unique seating shell that is made out of just one basic material - fabric.

This technique allows the furniture to play with randomness and order at the same time and thus gives the armchair a special interaction between those two states. To link the method with the framework, the stand is weaved into the seat to create the whole furniture piece based on the same technique.
