The concept is based on a shared yard for both families. From this collective area that offers space for bikes, cars but also for a seat on a bench you have access to the several entrances of the building. The parent's appartment is connected around a private terrace that increases the living area visually and catchs a lot of sunlight from the outside.

The other appartment offers space for 5 people. On the ground floor you find the living and dining room and the kitchen in one big room. From this point you have direct access to the huge private terrace. A little bit hided in the corner of the building you find the master bedroom and bathroom for the parents. In the second floor you will find all the individual rooms for the children and also the big sun terrace in the very corner.

If the time comes that the children will move out the builder owner has the possibility by changing the staircase next to the entrance and installing a new door to rent the upper floor to someone else.
