The dimension of the default building was 5 x 10 m. For this studio apartment we had to generate a facade. In my realisation of the design I got my inspiration from the nature. I wanted to create the feeling of a cube merging with the landscape around it. So I planned to give the supporting structure an abtract appearance of blades of grass. This leads to a special look. The changing colour and the different heights of the facade structure emphasise this link to natural grass. The secondary effect of the facade is the interesting shadow play inside the building.
